FACILITY USAGE POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Before you proceed with the booking please read carefully below mentioned policies and procedures which are established by Spring Sports Academy / Spring Sports Services (SSA) to protect the SSA facilities and to promote the health, safety, welfare and enjoyment of the members, their families, guests, surrounding environment and all other persons using the SSA facilities. SSA are managing all the sports facilities of the school and are committed to provide all members with an enjoyable experience within our facilities. To uphold these expectations, members and guests are encouraged to act in a consistent manner with good taste and spirit. We ask for your cooperation abiding by the following rules and guidelines:

• Only available time slots will be displayed on the booking page. Any time slot not showing on the booking page please consider it as booked by others.
• Time slots are mentioned in UAE (GST) Time. Please double check your booking device (mobile or computer) timezone settings. Double check the date and time on the confirmation email and sms alerts.
• Please make sure you are selecting the correct facility in the booking page and note its location (example Bilva or JSS).
• All facility bookings are subjected to approval. Any Change and non-availability of the ground will be emailed to your email id provided during booking.
• On the booking page please note the duration in hours/minutes mentioned for each bookings you are making and adhere to the allocated timing correctly. Other customers/members are waiting for their booked time slot right after your booked time.
• Extra timings to use SSA facility other than allotted time will not be allowed. If required please book another slot for additional hours as continuation of current booking.
• Any cancellation or rescheduling is possible only 6 hours before of the booked time. Such cancellation or rescheduling should be informed to SSA or use the cancellation/reschedule link provided in email alerts send to you by our booking system. System will not allow any cancellation or rescheduling if its less than 6 hours to start of the booked schedule.
• Any cancellation notice given in less than 6 hours prior to the booked time will be considered as NO SHOW and will be charged in full fee of the ground and should be paid to SSA before next booking otherwise future bookings will not be entertained.
• All ground rental fee should be paid prior to the start of the booked time.
• By UAE LAW, SCHOOL Compounds are NO SMOKING ZONE. Smoking strictly prohibited in School/SSA’s facilities.
• Payment of SSA monthly group coaching fee should be paid in the beginning of each month and for special short coaching sessions fee should be paid in beginning of that particular first coaching session.
• Must present participant’s valid ID card upon Security person request. Present Booking details documents to the concerned Spring Officials.
• Only use the booked court/ground & should not enter in another court/ground and other area of the school.
• Should not interfere or interrupt other ground activities or coaching sessions. Should not abuse or reprimand any of School/SSA members, staffs, match officials and coaches.
• During coaching sessions and matches, parents are not allowed to enter in the grounds/ courts/ nets and interfere in coaching activities, matches or with the coach and students. Let the coach concentrate on training and all the kids focused in their activities without wasting time.
• Students and parents are not allowed to play/practice without the presence of the coach.
• Proper Sports attire, SSA uniform during the SSA coaching sessions, protective guards and footwear are required to use in the SSA facility areas. Bare feet, spiked foot wear (whichever damages the turfs), sandals, socks and open toed shoes are not permitted.
• Keep the SSA Facilities and surrounding area clean. No Chewing Gum is allowed on the grounds and courts. Don’t throw eatable items and plastic bags around. Use designated trash bins.
• Cooking and Catering is not allowed inside the facilities.
• Don’t cause damage or loss to School, SSA facility and Equipment.
• Pets are not allowed to enter the school premises and facilities.
• Please use the correct parking space, don’t park in the Reserved parking area & don’t Block access of other vehicles at any manner.

If the Above rules and regulations are violated OR if found doing any inappropriate behavior/action other than mentioned above by any participants or visitors, SSA officials have the right to deny the access to the SSA Facilities for that person or his/her entire team immediately. SSA reserves the right to change any and all rules, regulations and policies anytime without prior notification.

Please take care of personal belongings. SSA will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings and any injury or accident within the SSA facility. Guests and spectators should take enough measures to protect themselves from injuries which may cause by impacts of balls, sports equipment, any other objects and collisions with pacey sport persons and their activities. Kindly keep enough safe distance to stay/seated away from ground and court boundaries.
